Malta ratified the Unified patent Court last 9th December. It is the sixth country to ratify it, together with Austria, Denmark, Belgium, France and Sweden. When seven more countries ratify the Agreement (including the United Kingdom and Germany), it will enter in force. It is expected at the end of 2015.
